Privacy Policy
We, Aiden Corporation (the “Company”), recognizes that it is our social responsibility to properly manage and protect personal information that is provided to us, such as names, addresses and other information of individuals, which could allow specific individuals to be identified (“Personal Information”). Accordingly, the Company will handle the Personal Information in accordance with this following Privacy Policy (this “Policy”).
1.Compliance with laws and control of Personal Information
The Company will follow the Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information and all other related laws and regulations. In order to prevent unauthorized accesss and leakage to the Personal Information, the Company will strive to take all nesessary and appropriate measures with the collected and received Personal Information.
2.Acquisition of Personal Information
The Company may ask for personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. when you use the inquiry form or recruitment form.
3.Purpose of Using Personal Information
The Company will use the Personal Information solely within the scope of the following purposes, and to the extent to those purposes (the “Purpose(s)”):
- In the negotiation, conclusion, and execution of agreements, and in the conduct and management of any other transaction related to the Company’s business;
- For announcement and greeting related to the Company’s business and other social customs;
- To provide information related to the Company’s business;
- For the Company’s investigation, analysis, reserch, and inspection
- Collecting statistical data, analysis of anonymously processed information, and other processing of Personal Information for the Company’s use;
- Exchanging information and communicating with industry and organizational stakeholders related to the Company and the Company’s business; or
- Any other activities related to or incidental to the above Purposes.
4.Change of purpose of use
The Company may change the purpose of using Personal Information, only if the purpose is reasonably determined to be relevant before the change. If the purpose of use is changed, the changed purpose shall be notified to the user in accordance with the methods prescribed by the Company, or published on the website.
5.Disclosure and provision of Personal Information to third parties
The Company will not disclose or provide Personal Information to any third party without obtaining in advance consent from the individual to whom such Personal Information relates (the “Principal”), unless such disclosure or provision of Personal Information is permitted, required, or enforced by any applicable law or regulation.
6.Disclosure of Personal Information to the Principal
In the event that a Principal requests to receive any of the Retained Personal Data about the Principal, the Company will make such disclosure after verifying the identity of the Principal (or his/her representative). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may not be able to provide such information in whole or in part in the event that: (i) there is a possibility to harm any person, property, or any other rights or interests of any person or property, (ii) there is a possibility that the Company or any of its business could be harmed, damaged or impeded in all material respect, or (iii) there is a possibility that such disclosure violates any applicable laws or regulations.
7.Correction, addition, or deletion of Personal Information
In the event that a Principal requests the Company to correct, add, or delete any of the Retained Personal Data about the Principal (collectively “Correction”), the Company will make such Correction after verifying the identity of the Principal (or his/her representative). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company has the right to refuse to make such Correction in the event that: (i) the contents of the Retained Personal Data are factually accurate and correct, (ii) special procedures (under the applicable laws and regulations) are determinded in order to make such Correction, (iii) such correction is deemed unneccesary or inappropriate in terms of purpose of use.
8.Discontinuance of use and erasure of Personal Information
In the event that a Principal requests for the discontinuance of any use, or the erasure of any Retained Personal Data about the Principal, the Company will discontinue such use or erase such Retained Personal Information after verifying the identity of the Principal (or his/her representative). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company has the right to refuse to discontinue such use or to erase such Retained Personal Information in the event that: (i) the information is handled by the Company to the extent as required to achieve any relevant Purpose specified in advance, (ii) the Retained Personal Information is collected in an appropriate manner, or (iii) the Retained Personal Information is retained in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Please note that the discontinuance of any use, or the erasure of, all or part of the Retained Personal Information may prevent or impede the provision of any service or transaction requested by the Principal.
9.Revision
The Company may revise this Policy from time to time to appropriately reflect any changes of the law and any other necessary policies, rules, or regulations.
